International Institute of Air Technology (IAT) uses the information you provide to create and secure your account, review course applications, deliver online instruction, support learners, verify payments, assess coursework and issue or verify certificates. Information may include your name, email address, account and course records, application details, submitted assignments, support messages and payment evidence. We request address, guardian or identity documents only when an approved course requirement makes them necessary. Access to student, academic and financial records is limited to authorized staff who need it for their assigned duties. We use service providers needed to operate authentication, hosting, email and secure file storage; those providers process information to provide their services. We do not publish private payment evidence or student records. We retain records for the period needed to administer learning, maintain financial and academic records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete or securely dispose of them when no longer needed.
